Helen Mooney, MPH

Helen Mooney is a Research Assistant with PORTAL. Her research interests include FDA policy, public health prioritization, and pharmaceutical pricing and advertising. Before joining PORTAL, Helen researched health policy for CDC, HHS, and the American Public Health Association. She received her MPH in Social and Behavioral Sciences and B.A. in Sociology from Yale University.
