Alexander Egilman

Alexander (Alex) Egilman is a Senior Research Assistant with PORTAL. Prior to joining PORTAL, he worked at Yale School of Medicine as a clinical study coordinator and health policy researcher. His research focuses on the effects of laws and regulatory policies on the approval, post-market surveillance, use, and costs of prescription drugs. His work has been published in JAMA Internal Medicine, Annals of Internal Medicine, and the British Medical Journal. Alex received his B.A. in International Studies from Haverford College.
