Michael Fralick, M.D., Ph.D., M.Sc.
Dr. Fralick is a General Internist at St. Michael's Hospital in Toronto, Ontario and a Clinician Scientist within the Department of Medicine at the University of Toronto, Canada.
He completed a Master's of Science in Clinical Epidemiology at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health as a General Internal Medicine Fellow with PORTAL from 2016-2018.
