Maple Goh, MD, MPH
Dr. Maple Goh, MD, MPH is a physician and graduate of the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and University of Otago, specializing in global health. Maple has worked as a Research Fellow with Save The Children US, focusing on child asylum-seeking and migration. She has served as a physician across Australasia, and a Clinical Support Doctor for Whakarongorau Aotearoa, a telehealth platform. Her roles have involved providing trauma-informed care, conducting telehealth consultations, and managing multidisciplinary teams in high-stress environments.
Maple has contributed to significant research on surgical site infections, with publications in JAMA Surgery and the ANZ Journal of Surgery. She has presented her work at various conferences, including the Harvard T.H. Chan Global Health Symposium and the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons Annual Scientific Congress.
