Jihye Han, PharmD, MPH

Jihye Han is a Research Specialist with PORTAL. She trained as pharmacist and received her PharmD from Chung-Ang University in South Korea. She also graduated from Harvard T.H.Chan School of Public Health with an MPH in Health Policy. She worked at GSK’s Seoul office in Regulatory Affairs, focusing on new drug applications and policy reformation proposals submitted to various authorities and policy advocacy groups. Her research at PORTAL focuses on how law and regulation can be leveraged as policy levers to ensure safety, efficacy, and affordability of prescription drugs while promoting pharmaceutical innovation.
