Bryan Walsh, J.D.

Bryan Walsh is a postdoctoral research fellow with PORTAL. He holds a J.D. with a concentration in health law from George Washington University Law School, a graduate certificate in Health Policy from Milken Institute School of Public Health at George Washington University, and a B.A. in Philosophy and Criminology from University of North Carolina Wilmington. While completing his law degree, Bryan held positions in FDA’s Office of Chief Counsel, the Domestic Violence Legal Empowerment and Appeals Project, and Bread for the City, as well as served as a Kahan FDA/Health Law Fellow, Executive Articles Editor for The George Washington International Law Review, and Vice President of the Moot Court Board at GW Law. His research focuses on competition and regulatory actions that increase access to affordable prescription drugs, as well as the utilization of biosimilars and generics. His prior work has appeared in the Domestic Violence Report.
